Dr. Dale Hardy loves dentistry because of its opportunity to change people’s lives for the better. His original college degrees were in Ceramic Engineering and Science (B.S. Clemson University 1990; M.S. Pennsylvania State University 1993) The satisfaction of applying this knowledge of materials and problem solving in the personal context of a medical profession led him to dentistry. Dr. Hardy graduated near the top of his dental school class at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston in 1997.

Dr. Hardy, an Anderson Cosmetic Dentist, established Cornerstone Family Dentistry in Anderson in 1999. Since that time the practice and his love of dentistry has continued to grow and be blessed. He enjoys general dentistry as it allows for the oversight and development of optimal oral health which is rewarding both for himself and the patient. Dr. Hardy takes particular interest in changing lives through the restoration and creation of beautiful smiles with cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

Dr. Hardy places a high priority on staying current with emerging dental technology. He attends a multitude of continuing education courses each year concerning everything from the latest trends in patient comfort and service to training in complex cosmetic and restorative care. His professional affiliations include the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry in which he is actively working toward the academy’s highest recognized status of accreditation. Dr. Hardy is also a member of the American Dental Association, the South Carolina Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and he is a past president of the local Tri-County Dental Society.

Dr. Hardy and his wife Annette have three boys Ben, Grayson, and Will born in ’97, ’00, and ‘02. They enjoy sports, traveling, camping, boating, and doing anything outdoors. They are members of New Covenant Church and are actively pursuing God’s will in their lives.

Dr. Andrew Wilson joined the team at Cornerstone Dentistry in July of 2011. His passion for the practice of dentistry comes from the opportunity to meet the needs of his patients while being able to create and work with his hands. Dr. Wilson truly enjoys observing how his work positively affects the quality of life of each patient he treats.

Dr. Wilson graduated from Clemson University in 2006 with a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering. He then completed his Doctorate in Dental Medicine at The Medical University of South Carolina in 2011. While in dental school Dr. Wilson excelled, particularly in the areas of restorative dentistry and endodontics.

Dr. Wilson is committed to continuing education and keeping up to date on the latest dental procedures and technology. His areas of interest include restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and endodontics. Dr. Wilson’s professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, the South Carolina Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Wilson and his beautiful wife Ashley have a daughter, Abigail, who was born in March of 2011. Dr. Wilson enjoys spending time with his family, fly-fishing, hunting, reading, and working in the yard. It is Dr. Wilson's strongest desire to glorify God and to enjoy Him, through providing the highest quality dental care possible for each patient at Cornerstone Dentistry.
